Refunds
This page describes how Appworkpoint handles money already paid under a signed proposal. The website itself does not take payment. Australian Consumer Law rights that cannot be excluded still apply.
Eligibility
A full refund of programme fees is available if you cancel in writing at least 14 calendar days before the published start of a cohort or diagnostic, and we have not already incurred non-recoverable travel booked at your request.
Timeframe to request
Send the request to info@appworkpoint.digital or via the contact form within 14 days of the event that triggers it (cancellation, illness with medical certificate, or our material failure to deliver the described days).
Full or partial
If a cohort has begun, we may offer a partial refund equal to unused facilitated days, minus a AUD 420 administration amount, provided you withdraw before week 3 of Service Blueprint Studio. After week 3, remaining fees are generally not returned because peer facilitation slots cannot be resold. Diagnostics that have started are charged in full unless we cancel.
Non-refundable items
Travel we booked at cost, printed workbooks already produced for a named participant, and unused days inside a Counsel Year retainer do not convert to cash. The retainer is a capacity hold, not a bank of hours you can liquidate.
Process
We confirm receipt within two business days, state whether the request is accepted, and if accepted, process the refund to the original payment method within 15 business days of acceptance. We do not refund in cash at the Murrah office.
Cancellations by Appworkpoint
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to the next dated studio or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort. We are not responsible for your prepaid hotels.
Exceptions
Serious facilitator illness may delay a day rather than refund it. Government-ordered closures that prevent a site visit will be rescheduled. Chargebacks initiated without first writing to us may delay a goodwill gesture we would otherwise consider.
